Sometimes doing everything can be worse than doing nothing.

Get into the habit of finishing what you start
You are responsible for everything that happens in your life. Learn to accept total responsibility for yourself. If you do not manage yourself, then you are letting others have control of your Iife. These tips will help "you" manage "you." .Look at every new opportunity as an exciting and new-life experience. .If you catch yourself worrying about an upcoming task, go ahead and do it now so it no longer is a distraction. .Get into the habit of finishing what you start. .Give up "waiting time" forever. Have something with you at all times to work on. For example: plan your day, work on a report, or read a page from your book.
Never give up your right to be wrong
Aim for success, not perfection. Never give up your right to be wrong, because then you will lose the ability to learn new things and move forward with your life. Dr. David M. Burns
probably only one step away
It is the little things you do that can make a big difference. What are you attempting to accomplish? What little thing can you do today that will make you more effective? You are probably only one step away from greatness.~Bob Proctor
dont strive to impress anyone
A tulip doesnt strive to impress anyone. It doesnt struggle to be different than a rose. It doesnt have to. It is different. And there is room in the garden for every flower. You didnt have to struggle to make your face different than anyone else’s on earth. It just is. You are unique because you were created that way. Look at little children in kindergarten. They are all different without trying to be. As long as they are unselfconsciously being themselves, they cant help but shine. Its only later, when children are taught to compete, to strive to be better than others, that their natural light becomes distorted.” ~ Marianne Williamson
leave a trail
“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
secret of getting ahead
The secret of getting ahead is getting started. One of the greatest and simplest tools for learning more and growing is doing more. The discipline of writing something down is the first step toward making it happen.
Sorry seems to be the hardest word?

22/01/2010 10 MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT......

I was forced to say I’m sorry today. To someone I don’t want to say it to.

For some reason, I have to say it. No other choice.
It’s truly ugly in the beginning when you got the order.
Rebel, outrage, annoyed, anger all you can name it…
the collapsed feeling under my skin that I don’t want to experience at all.
Nobody said it would be easy, fighting my way through.
Searching for other option that offer answers.
Looking for something called the easiest way out when the path to recovery is less clear.
That’s the time when I thought I just let this one slip away by itself.
Let’s see how far it can go. I just don’t want to bother.
It’s like drawing lines in the sand and praying like hell no one crosses them.
But, can I do that? I don’t think so.
Massive ignorance should not be an excuse here.
This is all about responsibility. Responsibility really does suck. Really, really sucks.
Unfortunately, responsibility doesn’t go away. It can’t be avoided.
Either someone makes us face it, or we suffer the consequences.
Then I realize something…the past 15 minutes I spent upset
is a quarter of an hour of happiness I’ll never get back.
Hate can be a positive emotion when it forces me to better myself.
This is not the game that I need to have someone else lose in order to have me to win.
The enemy is not the opponent; the enemy is in my mind.
When I doubt myself, or don’t trust my ability, then I have lost the fight before it even started…

Maybe it’s true when they say “If we only concentrate on the cup,

we won’t have time to enjoy or taste the water in it”.
Right after the call made, everything seems finding its own way to subside.
Absolutely nothing; Completely none. Worry is the interest paid on trouble before it becomes due.
Real difficulties can be overcome but imaginary ones create worries.
What I’m facing is ‘Fear’ - False Evidence Appearing Real. When I fear I will suffer, I already suffer what I fear.
But the thing that makes us human is what we can control.
After the storm, after the rush, after the heat of the moment has passed,
we can cool off and clean up the messes we've made.
Sometimes we just need to get out, get away, and momentarily forget everything
in order to realize that we have really isn't all that bad.
They say everything happens for a reason…But sometimes it's not about what life will bring you,
but how you handle all the things that come.

What I want to say is that you can always be standing on a line between giving up

& seeing how much more you can take.
Or either regrets the decision you make or regret not making one.
Nothing turns out as we expect as life is under no obligation to give us that.
It never does. Appreciate the good times, but don't take the worst for granted.
We take what we get and are thankful that it's no worse than it is.

So let's get this over. If you say, "Life is hard," I will say "compared to what?"

Can you lie by not telling the truth?
Thursday, January 21, 2010
22/01/2010 1 hour after midnight....
Can you lie by not telling the truth?
Logically yes. Its called a "lie of omission". Meaning, you neglected to mention something and is equivilent to a lie. Legally? Not sure.
What is the difference between, " Telling Lie" & "Not telling the truth"? Or, in other word, I may say that I'm just stretching the truth...like saying I didn't lie about liking you, I was only stretching the truth....
Lying is probably one of the most common wrong acts that we carry out. One researcher has said 'lying is an unavoidable part of human nature'.
Most people would say that lying is always wrong, except when there's a good reason for it - which means that it's not always wrong! Maybe it's worth spending time thinking about it. If everything I say is a lie, am I telling the truth when I say I'm lying?
